From Fiance to Mom and Dad

Engagement

I met up with Kolby and Brittnay at Wildcat Park in Manhattan one evening in 2019 for their engagement session. The evening was very nice with a chance of rain later in the evening and a beautiful sunset forming. We walked around taking in the scenery, talking about ourselves as well as their wedding plans and of course taking photos along the way. We hit it off wonderfully! They are so nice and easy to talk to and many laughs were had. Their engagement session went great and and the rain held off until we were halfway to the cars. It quickly went from a light drizzle to pouring rain as I told them bye and sprinted to my car. Getting drenched was well worth it because their photos were wonderful.

Wedding

Kolby and Brittnay became Mr. and Mrs. Harris at the beautiful Willows Bend in 2020. It was an honor to photograph one of the biggest days of their lives.

Maternity

Fast forward to 2023 and I have the pleasure of seeing this wonderful couple again along with this beautiful baby bump. I was a little worried about the cold weather and the wind as I didn’t mama to be cold but Brittnay said “Lets do it. It will be worth it!” This beautiful mama was right! The clouds cleared out by session time and the sun was showing off for us. We even went to the top of the hill at Washington Marlatt Park to capture the beautiful view as there backdrop. So excited for what 2023 has in store for the Harris family.
